İZZETİYE KEÇECİ

İzzetiye Keçeci graduated from Istanbul University’s Faculty of Economics, Department of International Relations. She began her career in 1997 at Çalık Group and held various roles in Human Resources until 2017. She continued her career at Çalık Holding as Group Operations President until the end of 2023.
Throughout her 27-year career at the Group, she led numerous initiatives in digitalization, HR, and organizational process projects. She also served on the boards of various Çalık Holding companies and played active roles in corporate committees.
Between 2023–2024, she served as Group Operations President at Doğanlar Holding. Now, through her own company Shift-Up Consultancy, she provides management consulting services in strategic HR, data-driven decision-making, and AI-supported HR systems. She is also a certified ICF coach and mentor. She is married and has one daughter.
